LOCATION.

Our Central Florida vacation Villa is within easy reach of all the main attractions, shopping, restaurants, golf and other amenities.

We are situated in Davenport, Polk County (south of Orlando), on Lake Shore Parkway in the beautiful Bridgewater Crossing community. Bridgewater Crossing is off CR54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway), just 10 minutes from the '192' (with all its restaurants, shops, supermarkets, fast food and entertainments) and only 5 minutes from the I4. That means that Disney, Celebration and Old Town can be reached in 10 minutes, Seaworld, Universal and I-Drive in about 25, Tampa and Busch Gardens in less than an hour and the east coast (Cocoa Beach, Daytona, Kennedy Space Centre) in about an hour and a half. The area is well served with golf courses, with the Greg Norman designed ChampionsGate courses only minutes away and 12 courses within 10 miles.  ChampionsGate also has gas stations, supermarket, restaurants, carry-outs, bank and pharmacy.

Despite its tranquil location, our home has easy access to all of Central Florida's attractions and is within easy reach of supermarkets, restaurants and shopping!
