About our villa.

Within easy reach of all of Central Florida's attractions, yet situated in a peaceful, well-equipped, award-winning community (Bridgewater Crossing, Davenport), our vacation home-from-home is modern and spacious, yet with a real Floridian feel.

Our villa is fully air-conditioned and is suitable for up to eight people. It has four bedrooms, each with cable TV and plenty of cupboard space. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans for extra comfort.

The Master Bedroom has an American king-size bed, flat-screen TV with DVD and an ensuite with twin-basins, bath (tub), large walk-in shower and separate W.C.

The second bedroom is a double (with queen-size bed) and has a combo TV/ DVD, whilst bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twins (and each has cable TV). Each of the additional two bathrooms have showers.

The lounge is modern, bright and spacious with direct access to the lanai, deck and pool area. It is equipped with Hi-Definition (HD) digital cable TV (over 200 channels including over 50 HD), a DVD player (+ a wide range of movies), high-speed wireless ADSL (broadband), Ipod dock, books and games.

The 'formal' dining area seats eight, whilst there is also a four-seater breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, juice-maker, coffee-maker and, of course, a full-size American-style fridge with built-in icemaker.

Our favourite area is probably the lanai. Ideal for a relaxing breakfast in the sun after a morning dip, for al-fresco eating (with gas BBQ provided) or for an evening drink, game and a chat, it catches the sun from early morning and is also deep enough to allow you to sit outside even through one of Florida's spectacular thunderstorms (but stay out of the water!) 

As the whole pool area is south facing, and with the extended deck, you can enjoy the sun all day. The deck is equipped with 4 padded sun loungers, patio table with padded chairs and a large gas grill (BBQ). Pool heating is available if required.

The pool area is protected by an insect-screen and, for added child-safety, there is a door alarm on the patio doors.  

Our games room has been recently refurbished and contains a pool table, air hockey and dart board along with a bar-style table.

There is a separate laundry room equipped with a washer and tumble dryer. There is also an iron available for your convenience. Linens and towels (including pool & beach) are provided.

A child's cot (crib), high chair and stroller are available free if required.

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, the inside of our villa is a no-smoking, no-pet zone.

Also, for your safety, smoke alarms are fitted throughout the house and a fire extinguisher is provided.

A short walk from our home are Bridgewater Crossing's community facilities. These include a swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball court and basketball net. These are set in an area of parkland beside a beautiful lake (with nature trails), with picnic tables and seats provided. Bridgewater Crossing also has it's own children's play area.
